Information for Presenters
We are seeking funding for all conference presenters to cover travel expenses and two nights' accommodation.
Flight
If you have not yet made arrangements, we ask that you book flights with Grace Fowler, a McGill University travel agent. Please provide preferred time of departure, the name of the nearest airport, and time of return from Montreal. If possible, we ask that presenters take advantage of discount airfare available by staying in Montreal on the night of Saturday, March 5th:
Train
For travel from nearby Canadian cities (3h travel time or less), we ask that you book tickets with VIA Rail. Please keep all receipts. Online bookings can be made at: http://www.viarail.ca/en_index.html
Hotel
Single rooms, one for each presenter, are reserved for the nights of March 4th and March 5th at the McGill New Residence Hall. This residence is a converted hotel. All rooms for presenters have all normal hotel amenities and a continental breakfast is provided. Again, please keep all travel receipts (plane, train, bus, taxi, accommodation, meals during your stay in Montreal) for later reimbursal:
